about

Lyrically it is written as a conversation between Sergei & Mary. He is bemoaning their lot in life, she is fearful that he isn't noticed as a dissident. The shift at the end of the track is intended to be a first indication there devotion to each other that together they can stay strong. The riff from 'The Promise' drifts in and out of the verse subtly in the background by the way.

about

Sibaroni UK

I am a singer/songwriter originally from Cardiff, Wales but now based in London. I've been a few bands in me time some of which you may have heard of and some you probably haven't.

If you like Pavement, Dinosaur Jr, Blur, Manics, Pixies, Luke Haines, Sebadoh, Ramones, National, Super Furries, Flaming Lips etc there's a half a chance you'll like Sibaroni as well - cos that's what I like too.
